BASIC FUNCTION: We are looking for fun, energetic individuals to join our team. Your most important job function will be to positively impact our guests and their experience both online and in our retail store. This position will reside in our retail store.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to problem solve to positively impact the guest experience and resolve any guest concerns.
Ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations
Process customer in-store pick-ups and returns.
Pick in store jewelry items for online orders.
Answer chat/ e-mails in a timely, courteous manner
Must be able to work independently
Other duties as assigned by management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Be able to stand or sit for extended lengths of time
Must be able to work on computer for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift light to heavily weighted items regularly

Strong communication skills
Bi-Lingual is a plus
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
Able to prioritize, manage time and orchestrate multiple tasks
Proficient Microsoft office computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be dependable and have a good attendance record
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required
Computer and typing skills necessary
Computer classes and/or knowledge needed
SCHEDULED HOURS:
40-hour week, mandatory overtime as needed
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports directly to E-Commerce Operations Manager
