Position: Solder Assembler I
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Precision Soldering: Perform precise soldering of small electronic components onto PCBs, ensuring all connections meet quality and reliability standards.
Tool Utilization: Use hand tools such as torque tools, calipers, wire stripping, tinning pots, and microscopes for fine-pitch surface mount and through-hole components.
Follow Detailed Instructions: Complete assemblies by following detailed work orders, diagrams, and schematics.
Safety and Cleanliness: Follow safe guidelines for chemical storage and maintain a clean and organized working area.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in soldering and assembly tasks.
Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination for handling small components and performing delicate operations.
Reading Comprehension: Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including work orders, schematics, and diagrams.
Physical Ability: Sit or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks with precision, and handle light lifting, squatting, and bending.
Qualifications:
Basic soldering skills are required. Relevant training to meet our stringent J-STD-001 standards will be provided.
Electronics Assembler Certification or relevant experience.
Must be able to work with ITAR data without license.
