Enterprise Financial Analyst - Amer Sports (Arc'teryx, Salomon, Wilson Sporting Goods)

We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our global Finance team. This pivotal role will own the Enterprise Finance Review Process -- creating, organizing, and delivering finance materials to drive smooth, productive, meaningful business review and decision process.

The Analyst will be responsible for developing and structuring the content of the finance review materials, providing a comprehensive analysis of Amer Sports' business, operations, P&L, and cash flow. Collaborating closely with Group Finance Teams (Accounting and Data Analytics) and the Reporting Team is crucial to ensure insightful and clear presentation of the results. Specific responsibilities may include

• Prepare and deliver monthly, and quarterly financial review materials, providing detailed insights into the financial performance of the group, segments, and brands, transforming complex statements into a clear and comprehensive narrative.
• Oversee the internal analysis of group and segments performance.
• Report, analyze and explain forecasts to Amer Sports management.
• Collaborate within the performance steering finance team and brand finance teams sharing business updates, best practices and answering questions to ultimately increase company enterprise performance review capabilities and raise awareness on key risks and opportunities.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses in response to specific business inquiries or challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement of review processes.
• Work together with Reporting Team to fine tune and improve reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with brand finance organization to facilitate financial reviews to gather relevant data and insights on segment, brand performance.
  
  
  

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; and 1-3 years of financial reporting & analysis experience including the collaboration with senior management. Other qualifications include

• Ability to work with, and to learn to use a multitude of reporting and analysis tools such as Oracle EPM, excel, power BI, SAP, Analysis for Office etc.
