We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our events team. The Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of a wide range of events, including corporate functions, conferences, and social gatherings. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in event planning and management
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event marketing materials and promotional strategies.
- Assist in budget management and financial tracking for events.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on event details.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage event databases and maintain accurate records of event-related information.
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
