The Events Concierge Coordinator will play a pivotal role in amplifying the journey of our members from the moment they engage with our platform to their post-event evaluations. You will be responsible for enhancing their experience through personalized interactions, proactive communication, and attentive support.

We Are Seeking An Individual Who
Associate’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years in project coordination, event logistics, and customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including promotional writing and telephone skills.
Strong organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
