Incucap is seeking an Executive Recruiter at the Associate and/or Senior Associate level to support the firm’s rapidly growing Search vertical. This position offers the ideal candidate a significant growth opportunity to build an executive search platform from the ground up, and for the right candidate has the potential over time to be partner track position.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the full cycle recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in working autonomously through the search process in a highly entrepreneurial environment while receiving support and market insights and strategic support from the rest of the Incucap team. As this new member manages both sides of the end-to-end executive search process and will continue to tailor the already established search SOPs to perfect a unique product offering in order to better serve the client/candidate needs.
Roles / Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and convert search leads alongside the Managing Partner and Principals of the firm
Craft proposals, engagement letters, and other terms of agreement on behalf of Incucap Search
Establish a deep understanding of each client and their unique needs in each role
Manage all client meetings including but not limited to intake calls, panel presentations, routine meetings, and debrief calls
Craft details job descriptions on behalf of the client using Incucap Search’s template design
Prepare and present vetted candidates to clients in a panel format
Inform and advise client(s) on market insights and other relevant information regarding the search
Direct source / source, screen, interview, and conduct reference checks for all candidates considered for open positions
Manage interview scheduling (as needed)
Skills / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience and/or real estate experience
Direct sourcing experience preferably through Linkedin Recruiter
Experience generating and converting search leads
Exceptional project management and negotiation skills
Strong organizational, critical reasoning, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Experience working in the CRE space is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite (PowerPoint, Word,and Excel)
