Key Responsibilities -

• You would play an integral part of their Boston operations as a General Superintendent, overseeing some of their biggest projects and helping them execute more projects across the Boston market.
• Manage daily field operations to ensure site safety, construction progress, quality control, and site cleanliness on large projects.
• Build and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Thoroughly understand project strategy and commitments, including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections.
• Ensure inspections are approved, documented, and communicated to the project team.

Qualifications -

• Proven track record as a Superintendent.
• 10+ Years of Superintendent/Field experience.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects in core markets - $50M+.
• Experience in managing superintendents and all trades on site with great communication skills as well as the training, developing and mentoring of others.
