HR Generalist

Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing support to the leadership team. This is a new role and requires someone who is a self-starter and can work independently. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Assist with performance management and employee relations issues
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or office management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
