Job Summary:
This position works as part of the Human Resources Compensation Team to assist in the communication and management of a wide variety of compensation programs. This position also focuses on supporting Compensation Team processes and systems. Responsibilities include salary survey participation, system maintenance and reporting, compensation projects, and supporting the ongoing administration of compensation programs. Additionally this position supports a strong team approach – serving as a collaborative resource to our HR Teams and leadership.
Educational Requirements
Associates degree in HR, Business or related field required
3 years of HR related experience
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
MS Office Skills Required, Including Excel, Access, And Word
Must be detail-oriented and accurate
Must have ability to use good judgment and handle confidential information appropriately
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, problem analysis and resolution skills
Must have ability to stay organized, be self-directed, multi-task and prioritize
