We are partnering with Farmers Insurance to offer an exclusive Agency Owner training program where you work with me to gain the experience and training needed to open your own insurance agency in 6-12 months! As an insurance agent, you will be serving your local community every day by ensuring you are providing our clients with the best coverage to fit their unique needs. You are also in charge of how much money you earn as we have a competitive base salary and uncapped commission earning potential while on the training program. This earning potential increases even more once you open your own agency! Upon successful completion of the training program, Farmers will waive the financial capital requirements that are typically mandatory to open your own agency. This is an excellent opportunity! Benefits
Base Salary Plus Commission: Average $2500-$3500+/month. No commission cap.

Requirements
Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses
Michigan Life and Health Insurance Licenses will be required within 60 days
Must be able to pass a background check
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Superb professional phone etiquette
Ability to multitask, follow-through, and follow-up
The ability to problem solve, think critically, and make decisions quickly
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
Computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems and on multiple screens
Must be able to work well independently and on a team
Responsibilities
Excellent customer focus and the ability to easily connect and build rapport with all types of people
Develop insurance quotes for home, auto, business, specialty, and life products
Make sales presentations and solicit for new business through in-person meetings, telephone calls, email, and text messages
Meet new business production goals
Respond to all customer inquiries and sales requests within the established timeline
Educate customers about insurance coverages and discounts so that the customer can select the most appropriate option
