In-House Counsel

LHH is assisting a rapidly growing company in their search for an in house counsel for their Orlando office. This positions focuses on commercial contracts with an emphasis on tech agreements. The right candidate will have at least 4 solid years of experience drafting and negotiating agreements as well as assisting with their IP portfolio and advising on other corporate matters as needed.
