Media Litigation Associate Attorney
Our client is a major Am law firm, seeking a a mid-level associate to to focus on high-profile media law cases, for the Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle offices. The salary for this position is between $260,000 to $310,000.
Qualifications
4+ years of law firm and/or clerkship experience in media law litigation, particularly digital and emerging media platforms.
Experience in copyright, trademark, defamation, and privacy litigation.
Candidates with commercial litigation experience with a strong understanding of media law practice are preferred.
Excellent academic credentials and exceptional writing skills.
J.D. and active member of the California or Washington bars.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
