Responsibilities:
Prepare all international compliance filings including Form 5471, 8858, 1118, and 8990
Prepare GILTI, FDII, FTC, APB23 calculations for quarterly and year-end provision
Prepare all Transfer Pricing compliance documentation
Perform tax research and assist with tax planning and modeling in response to Pillar 2
Requirements
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting required
CPA preferred
2+ years of US International Tax experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work independently
Good problem-solving and time management skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
