Investor Relations Coordinator:


Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Investor Relations Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, experience in creating compelling presentations, and proficiency with design tools like Canva. This role is critical in supporting the investor relations efforts, ensuring clear and effective communication with investors and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality presentations for investor meetings, earnings calls, and other related events.
  • Utilize Canva and other design tools to create visually appealing and informative presentations.
  • Assist in drafting and distributing investor communications, including press releases, financial reports, and shareholder letters.
  • Maintain and update investor relations materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret financial data to support investor relations activities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of investor contacts and communication records.
  • Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and material preparation.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activities to inform investor relations strategies.
  • Monitor financial news and updates relevant to the company and its investors.
  • Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations Manager and team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience in financial services or a related industry.
  • Experience in creating presentations and using design tools like Canva.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to interpret and present financial data clearly and effectively.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with investor relations best practices and financial markets.
