As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to educate our employees or clients on various IT systems, applications, and technologies. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise, training experience, and excellent communication skills to foster a culture of continuous learning within our organization.
Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to meet the needs of different audiences (e.g., employees, clients).
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on IT systems, applications, software, and other relevant technologies.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with stakeholders.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and IT professionals to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to individuals as needed.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT to incorporate relevant content into training programs.
Maintain training records and documentation.
5+ or more years of information systems or relevant business experience with development, implementation, and training teams
Experience working in a fluid environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
