ECO-Constructors, a sister company of St. Louis Composting Inc, is the green choice in storm water and the premier provider of erosion control, specialty seeding, and is a storm water compliance expert. We install sustainable, low-impact erosion control products that transition to post-construction solutions smoothly.
We are currently seeking Laborers. This is a full time, year round position.
Job Requirements
Must possess a Class E Drivers License in good standing.
Clean Motor Vehicle Report with no DUIs, no major violations, and no more than a combo of 3 at-fault accidents or violations in the past 3 years.
Must be able to read and understand English.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be willing to work Saturdays
Must be able to pass an extensive drug screening, which includes urine, hair and breath alcohol testing.
Ability to use hand tools safety.
Ability to operate a skid steer.
Have the ability to lift 50 pounds numerous times throughout the day
Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and perform physical hands-on labor outdoors in a wide range of temperatures
Preferred Experience
Prior landscape laboring experience
CDL Class A or CDL Class B Drivers License with no restrictions, and current DOT medical card
Ability to drive a manual/stick shift on a CDL-B vehicle or higher
Experience driving either a tandem truck or dump truck
Experience driving CDL tractor-trailers of 13 speeds or higher
Air brakes endorsement
Experience operating commercial vehicles with live walking floor trailers and/or floors that move
