Job Description
Prominent mid-size law firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their corporate office in Century City. The ideal candidate will have strong basic Excel skills and 2 - 5+ years of experience managing procedural tasks and supporting projects within Accounting, Human Resources, and/or Operations in a professional services company (law firm experience is preferred but not required).
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to multiple departments and work on a range of projects such as compiling research, entering and analyzing information and data, reconciling credit card statements, maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets, assisting with recruiting and onboarding efforts, and assisting with updating and maintaining employee files.
