Lead Server

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Server to oversee and coordinate the daily dining operations in our establishment. The Lead Server will provide guidance to the serving staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a high standard of efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the serving staff to ensure smooth dining operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to new servers.
  • Oversee the seating of guests and ensure prompt attention to their needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Uphold food safety standards and proper serving procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food service is a plus.
