Pink Narcissus is a locally owned, Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store that has been dressing Gainesville and surrounding area since 2013. Vibrant prints and flattering silhouettes, shopping at Pink Narcissus is an experience that has customers coming back for more!

Skills required for this position include, but are not limited to -

• Outstanding Customer Service
• Receiving and organizing new merchandise
• Time management of yourself and staff
• Planning as well as meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Marketing planning and implementing in several outlets including social media, emails, radio, magazines, and attending local events to promote store/brand image
• Hiring and training staff
• Being available to staff via phone/text when off or away from the store
• Some overnight travel is needed for buying trips (100% paid for)
• Organize, promote and execute special events in the store
• Produce and analyze reports for buying and/or merchandise swapping needs
• Merchandizing store to create a welcoming customer experience
• Weekly Manager meeting with other locations
• Product education for yourself and staff
• Presenting oneself in the best manner to staff, vendors and customers – including appearance, attitude, verbal skills
• Building relationships with customers for a successful week/season/year!

Must live within 30 miles of Pink Narcissus Gainesville
