We are looking for a Manager, Business Insights who will partner closely with our Sales Operations and Business Insights team. We want you to bring your strong technical design, problem solving, and storytelling skills to Entertainment Partners! The successful candidate in this role will deliver compelling visualizations that make complex data understandable, approachable, and actionable for our global sales team. You will spend time creating, connecting and iterating on dashboards that are Exec friendly yet have depth to help sales understand their book of business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrate 3rd party market data with Salesforce to drive market insights and grow our pipeline.
quarterly forecasting to analyze key metrics of closed business, pipeline, and gap to goal.
weekly business reviews from data extracts to sales insights.
Project manage global automation efforts across forecasting and pipeline.
projects and update critical pipeline fields via task queue requests.
with sales team on process improvement and measure effectiveness of changes.
reports and dashboards using Salesforce, QLIK and/or CRM Analytics.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
5+ years’ experience in data analysis with software background in Tableau/Salesforce/QLIK a plus
Strong proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis, and key metric tracking
Proven ability to create exec level quarterly insights and impact analysis
Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to iterate as you work on projects (Agile framework/background a plus)
Must have strong written and verbal communication at all levels
Experience with SQL/SAQL or Salesforce Admin Certification a plus
Experience in the entertainment industry a plus

The salary range for this position is $85,100 to $94,000 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
