Paralegal - IP/ Trademark

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal with Intellectual Property (IP) and Trademark experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal research and support services to our team of attorneys. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize multiple projects and remain organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research in the areas of intellectual property and trademark law
• Analyze and summarize legal documents
• Draft and edit legal documents
• Prepare and edit correspondence
• Assist in the processing of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark applications
• Manage and organize client filings
• Interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and other professionals
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in intellectual property and trademark law
• Primary focus of the role will be Trademark and Trademark Docketing
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Attentive to detail and highly organized
