Overview: As a Private Equity/Investment Management Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the analysis, execution, and management of investment opportunities within our firm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior team members in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment transactions across various industries. Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses including company valuations, financial modeling, and due diligence to evaluate investment opportunities.
Market Research: Perform in-depth industry and market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and investment risks and opportunities.
Deal Execution: Support the end-to-end deal execution process, including drafting investment memoranda, conducting negotiations, and coordinating with legal and financial advisors.
Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage existing portfolio investments, including performance tracking, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
Client Interaction: Interact with clients, investors, and external stakeholders to communicate investment strategies, performance updates, and address inquiries.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree or CFA designation preferred.
2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or investment management.
Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
