Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
Interprets data, analyze results, determine gaps, and provide ongoing reports.

Descriptions
Purpose of Position:
Systematically collects, processes, and performs analyses on data sets.
Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
Interprets data, analyze results, determine gaps, and provide ongoing reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting data from various sources
- Streamlining data collection methods to create automated and easy-to-use routines
- Utilizing existing databases and data systems
- Maintaining databases and data systems by addressing errors and monitoring performance
- Analyzing collected data and putting it into a format that others can easily interpret
- Interpreting data trends and patterns as they relate to the organization
- Preparing reports for organizational leadership to use in a business setting
- Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
- Provide quality assurance of imported data
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
- Track and report performance of key metrics
Competencies (knowledge, skills, and behaviors):
- Technical writing skills
- Basic Project Management Skills & Practices
- Create graphs utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Crafting presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to achieve results through influencing
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic business environment
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
Required
- Must be above average in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
- Work experience as a data analyst.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in the SAP.
- Experience participating in cross-functional teams.
- Associates degree in Business or Technical field.
