As a Project Coordinator here at Honeywell in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit, you will play a critical role in providing technical support for our IA products and services. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality support to our customers. You will report directly to our Technical Support Manager and you'll work remotely in this role. In this remote position, you will have a significant impact on our customers' experience and satisfaction. You will be the go-to person for resolving technical issues and providing guidance to our customers. Your ability to effectively communicate technical information and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule on-site QA inspections with the assigned utility’s service territory in New York and Pennsylvania
  • Oversee the general scheduling effort for the rest of the team.
  • Review and ensure that we are hitting targets for inspection percentages.
  • Invoicing, accruals, and other financials as needed for the business.
  • Provide program guidance & education to customers.
  • Meet client requirements for front-line customer service, troubleshooting, and attending meetings as needed.
  • Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve customer issues.
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Continuously improve technical support processes and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and timely support.

Compensation And Benefits

Non-Incentive Eligible

Salary Range: $49500 to $62000

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in supporting software or hardware products.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and systems.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies.
