TribalVision is seeking a Project Manager to successfully manage all client projects through their lifecycle, including scoping proposals and timelines, creating estimates, as well as managing budgets and work-back schedules. The PM role is responsible for being the agency advocate and effectively managing their projects on budget, on-time, and on-quality (tactical). The Project Manager reports directly to the VP of Operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Ensure assigned client engagements are facilitated successfully, on-time, on-quality and on-budget
Ensure consistent facilitation of programs/campaigns from estimation through execution
Manage project-related freelancers and ensure vendor quotes align with project budgets
Maintain and monitor priority project budgets and schedule daily
Manage all change orders for assigned projects/program/campaigns
Proactively manage and update priority project work-back schedules
Maintain an understanding program/campaign workflow
Mentor and develop Project Managers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of Project Management experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Marketing agency experience a plus
Demonstrated experience successfully managing complex projects that include multiple programs/campaigns and deliverables
Proficient in financial management and analysis
Experience with Workamajig, Workbook, Advantage, NetSuite OpenAir, Clients + Profits or other integrated operations tools a plus
