We are looking for an IT ServiceNow Business Analyst to be responsible for driving the future state usability of the ServiceNow platform leveraging ITSM, ITOM and CSDM best practices.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience and education)
4+ years of technical Business Analysis or Business System Analysis experience
1+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM suite (i.e., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, SLA) to include working experience in an IT Service Management process coordinator or similar support role
