A leading global asset management firm has an opening for an RFP Team Leader. The role provides the opportunity to mentor junior team members, lead projects, provide day to day management support and work on the firm's most complex RFP's. You will help drive communication efforts for years to come for this leading global asset management firm.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Senior Leaders to provide day-to-day management support and backup as needed
- Review, edit, and approve RFPs, DDQs, RFIs, and ad hoc client/prospect requests and questionnaires
- Proactively address RFPs, DDQs, RFIs, and ad hoc client/prospect requests, and complete all corresponding documentation
- Articulate our investment philosophy, process, and outlook in writing
- Access relevant performance and other data to respond to requests as needed
- Understand and analyze performance attribution and assist with reporting and commentary as needed
- Complete ad hoc projects to support sales and management team as requested
- Strategically develop best-in-class communications materials
- Partner with investment team, operations, legal, and other subject matter experts throughout the firm to coordinate accurate RFP/DDQ/RFI responses
- Assist with improvement to and maintenance of standard language in RFP and consultant databases
- Build an in-depth understanding of the firm’s products and strategy and use financial acumen as it relates to RFP materials

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- 5+ years of experience in financial services industry (asset management marketing and/or RFP experience required)
- Exceptional writing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of investments and financial products
- Experience with RocketDocs or similar proposal management software
