The Sales Systems Administrator is responsible for oversight, coordination, and maintenance of corporate service agreements and programs for our portfolio of hotels. Corporate Sales Systems Manager - Director – Sr. Director
Essential Job Functions
- Perform as the liaison between HHM and key vendors.
- Provide oversight and organization of systems and vendors by the hotel.
- Compile and maintain inventory of sales software and systems assets and their corresponding contracts/agreements
- Manage spend and balance of corporate shared A&P expenses against budget.
- Manage the D&B/SAMregistration process across the portfolio.
- Vendor management of all sales application and service vendors including management of approved contract terms, escalation of issues, and scheduling of resources.
- Proficient in Google applications and MS Excel
- Prior vendor management experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills
- Financial experience in sales, marketing, and e-commerce preferred
