Salesforce CPQ Developer

Are you a Salesforce CPQ expert looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic team? Mason Frank International is seeking a talented Salesforce CPQ Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, design customized solutions, and lead various workshops to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather and analyze business requirements related to products, pricing, quoting, order processing, inventory, and contract management processes.
• Salesforce CPQ Design and Customization: Design, configure, and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business needs, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quote templates.
• Workshops and Review Sessions: Lead workshops, requirements walkthroughs, and sprint review sessions with business, QA, and Development teams.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce CPQ and DocuSign CLM, addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Administrative Tasks: Execute administrative tasks for Salesforce CPQ, managing user permissions, security settings, and data integrity.
• System Integration: Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems and applications, such as CRM, ERP, and other systems, to streamline end-to-end business processes.
• DocuSign CLM Implementation: Implement contract management solutions using DocuSign CLM, including contract creation, negotiation, approval workflows, and electronic signature capabilities.
• Technical Guidance and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers and cross-functional team members.
• Code Reviews and Best Practices: Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement enhancements to Salesforce solutions.
• Stay Updated: Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, new features, and industry trends, and assess their impact on existing solutions.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce development, specializing in CPQ.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, security protocols, and governor limits.
• Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other Salesforce products is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering Salesforce CPQ projects.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
• DocuSign CLM certification is a plus.
