Are you a Salesforce CPQ expert looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic team? Mason Frank International is seeking a talented Salesforce CPQ Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, design customized solutions, and lead various workshops to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather and analyze business requirements related to products, pricing, quoting, order processing, inventory, and contract management processes.
Salesforce CPQ Design and Customization: Design, configure, and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business needs, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quote templates.
Workshops and Review Sessions: Lead workshops, requirements walkthroughs, and sprint review sessions with business, QA, and Development teams.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce CPQ and DocuSign CLM, addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly.
Administrative Tasks: Execute administrative tasks for Salesforce CPQ, managing user permissions, security settings, and data integrity.
System Integration: Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems and applications, such as CRM, ERP, and other systems, to streamline end-to-end business processes.
DocuSign CLM Implementation: Implement contract management solutions using DocuSign CLM, including contract creation, negotiation, approval workflows, and electronic signature capabilities.
Technical Guidance and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers and cross-functional team members.
Code Reviews and Best Practices: Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement enhancements to Salesforce solutions.
Stay Updated: Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, new features, and industry trends, and assess their impact on existing solutions.
Project Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Must have Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
Extensive experience in Salesforce development, specializing in CPQ.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, security protocols, and governor limits.
Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other Salesforce products is advantageous.
Demonstrated success in leading and delivering Salesforce CPQ projects.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
DocuSign CLM certification is a plus.
