- Design and Develop CLM Templates
- Good understanding of contract components, e-signature process and library clause concepts
- Experience on Docusign/Conga Sign is needed
- Strong understanding of Contract Redlining.
- Agreement protection, Query templates, X-Author template migration functionalities.
- Expertise on Conga functionalities such as Wizard Configuration, Cycle time grouping, Document Assembly rulesets is preferable.
- Expertise in implementation of Data Management.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning , flows, triggers, Apex, LWC and Aura Components
- Experience in Copado Deployment process.
- Significant experience with Jira
- Integration experience with upstream / downstream applications
- Experience in Agile Scrum processes and tools
