Develop, maintain, troubleshoot and support various SCADA and Automation Software systems
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and IT teams to maintain, upgrade and improve SCADA Systems to meet business requirements
Assist the Operations team in performing routine testing and upkeep of Alarms and Alarm Notifications
Support CyberSecurity measures in OT environments to help secure SCADA/Controls systems/networks
Assist design and implementation of Standardization within the IT Automation environment including:
Data integration, HMI & Application Screen design and maintenance across multiple platforms
Daily field support for Alarms, Production Facilities, Meters, Wells, RTUs, PLCs, etc. (Add/Change/Remove)
Remote and In-the-field Support for Automation devices, Electronic Gas Flow Meters (EFMs), PLCs and Communications systems
Administer remote and / or hands-on configuration, troubleshooting and / or programming for Systems, Servers and Field Devices:
Microsoft Windows Servers, Desktops and Databases for SCADA Applications, SQL Databases
DIGI/MOXA Terminal Servers, Cell Modems, Serial & Ethernet radios for field data transfer
Working knowledge of RTUs, PLCs and flow meters (Emerson ROC, Totalflow, Allen Bradleys,+)
General support of the Data Integration and delivery to Production systems
Skills & Specifications
Strong self‐starter, effective communicator, works well in a dynamic environment
Ability to approach various field devices, RTUS/PLCs and other controllers and different SCADA Systems to discover how to support, configure and troubleshoot
Proficiency with various SCADA platforms, including but not necessarily limited to CygNet, GeoSCADA/ClearSCADA, AVEVA Wonderware Products and XSPOC
Education & Qualifications
5+ years minimum experience supporting SCADA Applications, field network/communications hardware & software
Oil & gas SCADA operations, engineering applications, customer service, or similar experience a plus
