WHAT WE’LL NEED

We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Digital Product Manager. This individual will be responsible for ongoing management, planning, analysis, reporting and documentation for a complex, multi-tier, enterprise digital and ecommerce solution stack. This individual will work with a talented team of internal and external resources in a highly collaborative, agile development environment. This individual will own & drive all things digital, enabling Wingstop to meet key business objectives while on the way to digitizing every transaction.

  • Develop and own the comprehensive digital roadmap for Wingstop.com and the Wingstop Mobile App, ensuring its alignment with business objectives and driving continuous improvement of our digital assets.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure the digital team effectively supports and enhances the operations of other departments.
  • Play a key role in the evaluation of new platforms, tools, technologies, and vendors to identify opportunities for enhancing our digital capabilities.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for our digital platforms, including gathering business requirements, overseeing production releases, and providing second-level support.
  • Collaborate with IT, Business Intelligence, Insights, and Finance teams to source data, verify trends, and develop impactful findings presentations.
  • Ensure stability, reliability, and compliance of our digital platforms, enabling high-availability and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Continuously drive market-leading digital experiences on all platforms to solidify Wingstop's position as an industry leader.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings, driving alignment on business objectives with key business partners.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the business needs of department leaders and translate those needs into actionable plans for measuring success.
  • Represent the Digital team at project planning and implementation meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary lead in establishing, measuring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the overall digital business.
  • Maintain an ongoing plan for KPI reporting across digital applications, effectively tying it back to the product roadmap.
  • Leverage advanced analytical skills to monitor trends, diagnose problems, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable business requirements.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Education Requirements

  • Degree: Typically, in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Degree (Preferred): An MBA or a master’s degree in Product Management, Marketing, or a related field can be advantageous.
