Responsibilities:

• Build and lead advanced analytics capabilities to generate insights for clinical trials, study design, and biostatistical strategies.

• Provide input into protocols, develop and review statistical analysis plans, and author/co-author reports, abstracts, and manuscripts.

• Interact and consult with project teams to ascertain clinical needs and to develop statistical solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate statistical insights into the decision-making process.

• Provide statistical support for research projects and contribute to the development of proprietary models.

Requirements:

• MS/Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or similar field and 10+ years of pharma/biotech experience.

• Proven experience in statistical analysis and experience evaluating clinical trial data.

• Experience in early clinical development programs a plus.

• Strong programming skills in statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python.

• Familiarity with machine learning techniques is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex statistical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
