Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Paralegal/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, federal and state court filings, administrative support, document management systems, and management experience. Attention to detail is a must.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee and manage office operations effectively
  • litigation experience such as State and Federal Court Filings, document preparation, calendaring and writing
  • Assist with Paralegal tasks and document preparation
  • Maintain and organize documents in document management system
  • Conduct thorough proofread

**Experience:**

  • Proven experience as a Paralegal and in an office management role
  • Strong knowledge of legal processes and terminology
  • Familiarity with document management systems
  • Experience in State and Federal filings
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to maintain organized filing systems
