The Advocate Group are proud to be partnering with an innovative confectionary and snacks brand, working to find an incredible Senior Planning Manager to join their ever-evolving team and support continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, annual forecasting/ planning across all products/ SKUs under the brand
Manage the full planning lifecycle – supply, material, and demand
Work with all stakeholders to ensure forecasts/ plans are achieved
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance etc to plan and project accurate revenue
Team management, supporting the growth and development of the wider planning team
You
At least 6 years’ experience within a Supply / Demand planning role for an FMCG brand – ideally snacks or confectionary
Team leadership – proven experience managing and developing a successful demand/ supply planning team
Passionate, driven, hard-working
Experience with SAP systems – ideally Sage
