Senior SAP MM/WM/LE Consultant

The Senior SAP MM/WM/LE Consultant will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Logistics Execution (LE) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in these modules, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to lead complex projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions meet business needs and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM, WM, and LE modules to meet business requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality SAP solutions.
• Manage and resolve complex issues related to SAP MM, WM, and LE modules, providing expert guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and end-users, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate stakeholders and end-users on SAP solutions and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP advancements and industry trends to continuously improve our SAP landscape.
• Oversee and mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, documentation, and quality assurance protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Over 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, WM, and LE modules, including multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes related to materials management, warehouse management, and logistics execution.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex SAP projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with integration points between SAP MM/WM/LE and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PP, QM, FICO).
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• SAP certification in MM, WM, and/or LE is preferred.
