- Partner with department heads to resolve operational challenges
- Integrate activities with strategic objectives
- Identify and mitigate operational risks for asset protection
- Develop business continuity plans for resilience
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop maintenance programs for asset reliability
- Coordinate activities for optimal resource utilization
- Manage procurement of spare parts and equipment
- Build relationships with key stakeholders for business interests
- Represent the organization at industry events for visibility
- Engage with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in operations
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in leading teams and driving performance excellence
- Sound financial acumen and knowledge of operational best practices
