We are seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our team. The Service Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing administrative support and exceptional customer service at the Lebanon, PA branch. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
Service Administrator (2-3 exp yrs) Duties:
Manage office operations and provide administrative support to the service department.
Coordinate appointments, handle calendar management, and assist with event planning.
Handle reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting clients. - Review job documentation from the salesman to ensure completeness.
Process technician's service tickets for parts.
Place orders with vendors for work orders.
Collaborate with team members to support daily operations effectively. - Use of company-approved processes and systems
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management or as a dental receptionist is a plus.
Proficiency in NetSuite/ERP/SAP.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to transcribe and type accurately to maintain documentation.
Strong computer skills. - Knowledgeable with Microsoft products, including SharePoint
