About The Team

Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still — delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world.

As a Software Test Analyst, you’ll play a key role in the development of fintech products that are changing the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve consulting on software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements

What You’ll Own

  • Writing automated acceptance tests.
  • Estimating test effort on a user story or feature basis.
  • Recommending and implementing test approach for code under test.
  • Performing usability testing and communicating activities and findings.
  • Controlling and managing daily test activities.
  • Providing internal quality assurance.
  • Providing operational support for products in production.

Where you’ll own it

While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.

What You Bring

  • Knowledge of application development, software testing and quality management.
  • Experience with primary database engines and the ability to write data validation and troubleshooting queries.
  • Expertise in at least one object-oriented language, preferably Java.
  • Experience with BDD tools such as JGiven, Cucumber, and Karate.
  • Experience with performance test tools such as JMeter.
  • Experience with contract test tools such as PACT.
  • Experience with HTTP simulation/mocking libraries like Wiremock.
  • Experience with Spring Framework or Spring Boot.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with intellij
  • Experience with shell scripting
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $84,820.00 - $138,250.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
