Job Overview:

As the Store Manager at Thom Sweeney, you will be responsible for spearheading client relationship management initiatives and driving activations to attract new clients and cultivate loyalty among existing ones. You will be the face of the store, representing the Thom Sweeney brand and embodying our commitment to personalized service and attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for luxury retail and a talent for building meaningful connections with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including personalized outreach, VIP events, and follow-up communications to ensure a memorable and seamless experience.
  • Identify opportunities for activations and events to showcase the Thom Sweeney brand and attract new clients, collaborating with marketing and events teams to execute these initiatives effectively.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with clients in a knowledgeable and enthusiastic manner, and providing expert advice on product selection, styling, and fit.
  • Leverage customer data and insights to identify trends and preferences, and tailor outreach and engagement strategies accordingly to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to curate an exceptional product assortment and create compelling displays that resonate with our target audience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and diplomacy, striving to resolve issues quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on client engagement metrics, sales performance, and other key indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or client relationship management, preferably in menswear or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving activations to attract new clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Passion for menswear fashion and a keen understanding of luxury retail trends and customer preferences.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with retail management software and CRM systems.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
