Summary
As a Supply Chain Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within our organization. You will review production schedules, manage inventory levels, and compile detailed reports on operational metrics. Additionally, you will drive automation initiatives to enhance team efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze production documents and monitor processes to ensure compliance with standards.
Evaluate staffing and material requirements based on production schedules and work orders.
Maintain accurate records of production data, including raw material consumption and quality control measures.
Manage inventories to meet production demands and optimize supply chain operations.
Skills Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze manufacturing costs and optimize resource allocation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing shipping and production.
Education And Experience
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Master's degree in Analytics is a plus.
Additional Skills Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
Knowledge of machine learning models for forecasting and predictive analytics.
Proficiency in Python, R, or VBA for data management.
Prior experience in Telecom, Technology, Consumer Electronics, or Retail industries is advantageous.
