Trade Marketing Manager – LATAM Distributors and Global Aviation

As the Trade Marketing Manager for LATAM Distributors and Global Aviation, you will be a key member of the Global Trade Marketing Team, responsible for driving the success of our brand and products through our strategic in market distributors. You will ensure our products and brands are appropriately leveraged to maximize the resellers support and sell out whilst maintaining and safeguarding the highest brand standards.


Your responsibilities will include:


STRATEGIC PLANNING & FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Provide the key Category Management and Trade input into the definition of the Annual Marketing Plan.
  • Definition of the optimal strategy for the implementation of the Marketing plan at Trade level, accountable for the execution and the results.
  • Leading the marketing input to the ongoing business plan required to achieve the monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


PARTNER FOR OUTPERFORMANCE

  • Partnering multifunctionally in the identification of category management opportunities (4P) and leading its marketing execution.
  • Partners with Sales and Business stakeholders in the development of the annual promotion strategies by channels and action plans to achieve defined sales target.
  • Partnering with Liverpool through a Digital JBP that allows us to drive full-funnel digital marketing campaigns with an always on approach.


EXECUTION EXCELLENCE

  • Performed social ads, offsite display, and offsite search campaigns with Liverpool.
  • Execute against aligned local retail marketing plan to meet retail merchandising guideline, digital marketing campaigns, investment guidelines, priorities, and goals.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to deliver in-store.


AVIATION 360 MARKETING (30%)

Lead and be the point person for an agile and nimble planning and execution of Aviation Marketing Activities at 360 from Print to Trade Shows based on the identified opportunities and priorities.


You should have the following experience:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Comfortable with significant travel to MX/LATAM regions
  • Minimum 5-8 years of Retail Marketing experiences
  • Knowledge about retail trade / channel marketing
  • Knowledge about the CPG/FMCG or durable goods industry is plus
  • Desire to have competitive retail environment
  • Executed and overseen trade marketing plans
  • Knowledge of trade marketing , category and 4P management.
  • Good interpersonal skills to make effective communications and excellent teamwork
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and goal orientation, Bias for Action and Accountability
  • Well organized and good command in project management
  • Able to work well individually, without much supervision as well as can collaborate well in a team
