- [Narrator] After selecting your placements, the next option is to enable or not the automated creative optimization. If we leave this option turned on, TikTok will combine and test every image, video and copy inside of the other in order to find a winner and maximize the performance. If you are just getting started and want to keep full control of what you are showing, I will skip this option for now. But it is good for you to keep it in mind for later. The next step is targeting. First, you need to select your targeting mode. You can choose automatic targeting which will allow your TikTok to define targeting based on your landing page content, past performance data, if you have it, and it will try to maximize your conversions.
