They had multiple systems, and they were trying to migrate the data from multiple systems into this one new system that was going to work and function much more than all of the legacy systems. They were having a hard time migrating this data and were unable to create a good code that would migrate this data automatically. So they resorted to individuals. They hired a few individuals to manually copy the data from one application to the next application. This process was going to take six months. By implementing an RPA platform, they automated the migration and consolidation of patient records, enhancing patient care and quality and operational efficiency.
