- The local adjustment brush has so many amazing applications, and this is just one of them. So we're going to talk about creating and saving a local adjustment brush preset during this chapter, but I'm also going to show you how to apply that kind of stuff. Why would you need a saved brush, for example? It's all going to be talked about in this chapter. So let's get started. What we're going to do in this situation is add just a little bit of eyeshadow to our subject. But in order to do that, we need to be able to access our brush tool. And remember that now our brush tool is within the masking section. So we're going to need to come over to our masking icon, and we're going to choose to activate the brush tool.
