Understanding data on industries, company size, and companies

"

- Now as the last step here, what we're going to be looking at is the three last datasets, which are industries, company size and companies. Now, the first thing I always look at is the companies. I talked about this a little bit already, but if I have an understanding of what company sizes are looking at my content, it gives me an understanding of what research I should be doing. So 11 to 50 is essentially a startup and then 10,000 plus is massive enterprise companies. So that means this is two different things, right? So I have to be, okay, let me speak to the big companies. So I might do some research there and then I'll speak to the startup companies. I'll do some research there. My content's going to be geared towards that audience, getting in front of that demographic and making sure I can get in front of those right people. So that's going to be the key there. So the next thing is the companies. The companies remotely stay the same throughout the days. Like I haven't really seen huge discrepancies and changes. It ends up being the same unless for some reason that there's another company that comes in that's consuming more. But I just like to see who's consuming. I like the companies that are consuming, so it's good there. Then the next thing I look at is the industries. Not surprising here. Computer software, software development's going to be number one. I like financial services coming in. That means it's a new vertical, typically, I could speak to. That's great, but this is just a good gauge of what type of industries are consuming my information and content. So now, right, I can go create content for those people, as well. So that's the importance of looking at those different things so that you can contextualize your content to those different industries and companies, et cetera.
