It isn't just about working well with others. It's about being able to make a difference as a part of a larger group. And you can't make a difference if you can't manage the perceptions and decisions of others. That's why I'm here, to help you make a bigger, positive difference in your work, to manage from where you are with or without positional power. Hi, I'm Kevin Eikenberry, and I've been consulting with and coaching leaders and teams for 30 years. I've had a glimpse into what works and what doesn't when people try to manage those around them. And as a person often without any positional power, I've honed my ability to do this myself. So let me help you make a bigger and more positive difference as you learn to navigate around position to manage up, down, and across the organization. I'll share skills.
