Support neurodiversity in the workplace

"

- Neurodiversity is something that has had very minimal education, awareness, or coverage within society. So it's okay if you're not an expert just yet. I think it's much more important for us to be having the conversation than to avoiding it completely because we're scared of getting something wrong. And again, if we're on the other side of this, I think it's important to politely call people in if they're getting it wrong with good intentions, and then next time then they can get it right rather than to cancel people or call them out or make them feel bad, and then therefore, going forward, they're not going to involve themselves in the movement at all. Talking about this is a great thing. Letting people know that it's okay to talk about it is a really important thing. And it's okay if we're on a learning curve and if we're not the perfect advocates and activists just yet. So I think the most important thing to do is to keep the conversation going, to be willing to learn from other neurodivergent people, and take on board their opinions, and just to make sure that the conversation continues.
