But one of the most neglected, yet impactful and powerful actions can be to take a step back with your team and fellow managers to refine your operations strategy. Hi, I'm Laurence Gartside. I'm a consultant and coach in industrial business operations, helping many of the world's largest multinational companies solve their most critical operational challenges. It's common for operations managers to be promoted into senior positions with their experience and high performance working within the operations. But as you aspire to enter management or climb onto its more senior roles, taking a bigger picture long term view becomes vital.
