- [Instructor] When I first started selling, none of the CRM tools available could sync email addresses, so a large part of my day was reentering information in my company's CRM tool that I had already recorded somewhere else. Now, syncing contacts and emails is fairly common and Salesforce does this with a tool they call Einstein Activity Capture. Let's take a look. So right now, I'm on the home screen and I'm going to go over to this little gear shift and I'm going to open up settings and I'm going to go to setup. Now, setup will open in a new tab and we're going to have to scroll down and see where to set this up. So I'm going to scroll down here and I'm going to go to Einstein and Einstein Sales and Einstein Activity Capture. Now if I go to settings, you'll see we're able to set this up here. So I'm going to go to add contact and event sync. So what they mean by that is syncing your contacts and events or calendars.…
